We purchased this water heater about 3 years ago. It worked fine for the very first six months then suddenly wouldn't stay lit. Because then he have had the plumber out to repair it no less than 12 separate times (no exageration). The water heater is nonetheless under warranty so the business has usually been willing to replace and ship new parts when essential, but they don't pay for labor. Therefore at this point we have spent over $500 dollars in labor and have replaced each component on the water heater no less than when (except for the tank itself). Some parts have been replaced three times. Essentially the water heater stays lit for a while (3-9 months) and then will not stay lit at all. Each time we call a plumber to come out (or call the business) the first factor they desire to know is has the water heater been kept clean. To which the plumber constantly dicovers that the water heater is really clean. (Review More...)
