Wonderful low cost, delivered. Installation easy. Started appropriate up. Heats water. All great. I am especially impressed that it really is insulated so nicely that the only parts that even get warm towards the touch are the actual water fittings and the exhaust hood. The top surface with the unit doesn't get warm at all, impressive. The only negative is that simply because it only generates 38k BTUs it can't very do it in January/February when the incoming water is about 40 F. It nonetheless makes hot water, it just can't maintain it as lengthy. For the duration of those months it has pretty much specifically exactly the same efficiency my old 40 gal/42k BTU unit had.
